HE Mr. Tapas Adhikari, Ambassador of Nepal to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, paid a courtesy call on HE Mr. Jalil Abbas Jilani, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Pakistan at the latter’s office in Islamabad today.
During the meeting, the two sides held a discussion on various aspects of Nepal-Pakistan bilateral relations. They also exchanged views on further expanding and strengthening the relations for mutual benefits. Realizing huge potential in trade and tourism, the two sides also discussed ways to enhancing economic cooperation between Nepal and Pakistan. They also expressed their views on SAARC and regional cooperation as well as on the forthcoming COP28.
Senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and the Embassy of Nepal were present during the meeting.
